We first glimpsed La Loma from the coast road that runs from Novo Sancti Petri to Conil. As we gazed across an expanse of green pine forest, we were fascinated by a group of white houses, dotted with fabulous bright blue tiled spires, gleaming in the sun, These unusual and unique spires give La Loma a slight air of magic and mystery. We just had to go and take a closer look. We think it is indeed an enchanting place to spend a holiday and we hope you will enjoy it too.

Plenty of space to relax, ideal for families or couples sharing
Our 3 bedroom townhouse is light and airy with a modern, stylish feel which makes a refreshing change from the frilly, fussy interiors of many holiday homes .
You'll love the enormous pictures, stylish furnishings and funky lighting.
However, please don't worry that it's a ‘show home’ that's unsuitable for families with children; it’s comfy, welcoming and a relaxing place for you to feel at home and enjoy your holiday.
Children are very welcome and we have provided toys, bodyboards, buckets & spades, games (yes, including Trivial Pursuit!!!) and a playstation plus games, and a dancemat so kids of any age will feel right at home. There's also a big selection of magazines and a great library of books for adults, teenages and little ones, so you can lean back in that lounger with a great read! We also have plenty of films and comedies on DVD (a recent guest said that her family discovered the joys of 'Black Books' at our house (Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey) and she can't remember either her sons or her father ever laughing as long or as loudly...)
Families love the luxury of 3 bathrooms, which enable everyone to get ready at their own pace. There’s plenty of interior space for everyone to spread out. Add to the mix a large kitchen, large sun terraces on each side of the house, a balcony and a very large roof terrace overlooking the gorgeous gardens of La Loma and we think it's the perfect holiday venue. Not forgetting of course, a wonderful swimming pool, tennis courts and a fantastic location near to beaches, restaurants and bars.
We are under an hour’s drive from Jerez aiport and about an hour and a half from Seville airport. You can also drive from Malaga, Gibraltar or Faro (all about 3 hrs)
La Loma offers the perfect base to explore the beautiful Costa de la Luz. We are just 2 miles from the resort of Novo Sancti Petri where keen golfers can play the Seve Ballesteros designed 36 hole course. Nearby places of interest included Cadiz, Jerez, Medina Sidonia, the Coto Donana National Park, Vejer, Arcos, Tarifa, Gibraltar, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Seville.
The house is 10 minutes walk from breathtaking white sand beaches and walkers or cyclists can enjoy exploring the tranquil pine forests which begin just 400 metres away from your door and stretch for miles. The salt marshes adjacent to the motorway between Jerez and Cadiz is the natural habitat of many water fowl; we have even spotted flamingo (honest!) on the drive from the airport to the house.

If you'd like information about any activities (waterski-ing (and watersports), diving, go-karts, flamenco shows, golf, waterparks, tennis, day trips to Gibraltar or Morocco etc.) so that you can pre-book or plan beforehand please just ask and we will email you details. Our very pleasant British managing agent and keyholder, who lives nearby, speaks fluents spanish and can be phoned if there are any problems or emergencies during your stay.
